  4. Adapt questioning strategies to align with Chinese cultural values, using indirect or high-context communication methods to obtain reliable information.

  5. Demonstrate sensitivity to linguistic and cultural nuances when interpreting responses, avoiding misinterpretation of idiomatic expressions or culturally specific phrasing.

  6. Analyze the impact of collectivist values and loyalty dynamics on a suspect’s willingness to cooperate or withhold information.

  7. Evaluate the role of honor, shame, and family ties in shaping a suspect’s responses and motivations during an interview.
